My first tray had been damaged in transit. The store was very helpful in replacing the tray quickly. Which mattered because this was a gift! Beautiful Mother of pearl tray glad i did not just ask for a refund. Quality piece that will elevate any room she decides to place it in.

Shopping experience was wonderful. Had the misfortune of receiving a defective ODH (which is a rare occurrence) but after an email exchange with Jess, everything was sorted out quickly & a replacement was sent. I’m very grateful for their understanding of the situation & sending a replacement. The replacement umbrella works wonderfully & my mom has her umbrella now for when she’s caught out in the rain! ❤️
