Can I include a gift message?
All of our orders ship with packing slips WITHOUT prices so no need to worry about that. When we see a gift order, we draw a heart around the senders information so the recipient will know who it is from. If you would also like us to include a note you can either include your message in the Order Notes option at checkout or email us at help@cambridgeuncommon.com Please note that we try to ship things out quickly so if you choose to email us it is possible we will ship before we see the email.
Can I change my order?
We try to ship as quickly as possible so as long as your order hasn't been sent to our warehouse for fulfillment, we will do our very best to make any changes you need. Contact us at help@cambridgeuncommon.com.
Can I exchange my item?
All of our styles are made in small batch limited edition runs, so we cannot offer exchanges because we can't guarantee the inventory. We recommend you make a return and place a new order for the item you want, to ensure you are able to secure the size and style you would like.
Can I return my item?

What if I need something really fast?
We do offer expedited shipping, however we are a small company so if something is super urgent please email us asap at help@cambridgeuncommon.com so we can try to help you out. Please Shipping & Returns page for shipping times.
What if I received a damaged item?
A lot can happen during shipping once an item leaves our warehouse. We want you to love your Cambridge Uncommon purchase, so just contact us at help@cambridgeuncommon.com and we will do our best to make it right.
CARE QUESTIONS:
What is the best way to care for my CU items?
We recommend washing our tees in a cold water and HIGHLY recommend air drying them. If you must dry with heat, please use the lowest setting possible. Many of our tees are 100% cotton and are not pre-shrunk and heat will cause shrinkage. Please see product tags for specifics.
What are your clothes made of?
Most of our clothes are 100% cotton. This was incredibly important to us for two reasons: 1. The comfort, feel and quality and 2. to minimize the negative impact that synthetic fabrics present environmentally to our oceans and physically to our bodies through the output of plastics. If anything is not made of 100% cotton we try and chose recycled materials that are better for the environment.

No, but occasionally we do local pop-ups in MA! In the meantime, enjoy our online store and follow us on social media for the latest CU news.

Is your website secure?
Heck ya! Security is important to us and we know it is to you too. Any page that asks for your personal info (aka address, phone number, or credit card) uses secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication.
Why are you called Cambridge Uncommon?
Thanks for asking! We both grew up in Cambridge, Massachusetts and it is now our official headquarters. In the heart of town is a park called the Cambridge Common where we often played as kids. We felt like our designs are quirky, fun and different from so many other stores...uncommonly so. We are also suckers for a good play on words so it all came together as Cambridge Uncommon.
Where are your clothes made?
Our clothes are made in Lima, Peru and the USA. We design everything in Cambridge, MA. For more details please read About Us.
