I placed an order for a Gluggle Jug Fish Pitcher, and immediately after placing the order, I realized that my wife wanted it in orange, and I ordered a blueish-green color, so I called the number on the website. It went to voicemail, but I left a message detailing the order and requested to change the color to orange (which was available). I little while later, I sent an email to [****] with the same request. Neither the email or the phone call was returned, and I got the wrong color. The pitcher is fine, but the lack of response isn't.
