I think this pitcher is amazing. First of all, the design is visually interesting. Secondly the “glugging” sound that happens when air fills the tail while pouring is so satisfying to hear and feel the weight shift.
There was a problem that occurred with my order, Cambridge Uncommon caught it and fixed it immediately. I was very impressed with their service, and would use this site again to purchase another item.
The last comment I would like to make about this item, is that I was apprehensive about purchasing a ceramic pitcher and having it shipped. The jug was very well packed in an original box then placed in an outer box. The shipping box came with a tear on the side, but the inner box and pitcher were undamaged.
